The lady that helped me was excellent she solved the problem on the phone.i got my w2 on my email while she stayed on the phone to make sure I got my w2.very good action from her.she was also so polite.i give her five star customers service.

Terrible communication

Broker agent, EFRAIN, is awful to work with. Leads you on through setup just to cancel loads due to lack of knowledge of own loads. Post loads that can't be called on and doesn't reply to calls, texts, or emails. Very rude and doesn't belong in the trucking business. Setting a very poor representation for swift transport.

User's recommendation: If it's posted by EFRAIN, do not even bother.

Liars

I was contacted by my recruiter (Heather Schmidt), went through the process and eventually got with my Hiring Coordinator (Tiffany Mack). Lying recruiters are going to be the fall of this Company! I was not hired due to me taking a Prescribed and Monitored Medication by my Primary of 15 years! They made me waste my time at Orientation and claim they treat you as "Family" LMFAO!!!! I DO NOT recommend SWIFT to anyone unless they enjoy lies and empty promises!! Their Doctor, Dixon gives a half *** Physical!! So, if you're out of shape, dress unprofessionally and just want to waste your time SWIFT is for you!!!!!TE DO NOT WAS

Bad drivers

My brother was going down the interstate and a swift truck ran him off the road two others cars saw it stopped and called the highway patrol I hope they find this driver and the company will fire him!

Driver of vehicle #131920 cut off 3 lanes of traffic (me included) to get into a turn lane to I 83 North from Route 30 East in York, PA. No blinkers, horn, nothing ...just drifted all the way over in the middle of afternoon traffic

Raise awareness

School valued at 6k consists of a week in the class, 2 weeks in a parking lot one 12 mile trip and two 45 mile ones outside the gate. Training with mentor phase is outright horrifying.They do not check backgrounds thoroughly or ever penalize trainers for anything.Harrasment,abuse and assault are very common,but reports are not taken seriously by the management.I seriously consider legal action.

They treat the truck drivers really badly someone needs to look into the Opelika Alabama office..... please send help for those drivers they have no one to defend them just come and talk to them......

The driver's for the Opelika Alabama office are not being taken care of they are used tired and treated poorly someone needs to talk to them if they are not scared that they will be fired....They are putting tired drivers on the road putting their lives in danger they talked to him any old kind of way and they cheat them out of money in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic they are not helping them with PPE please somebody help them God knows I can't watch any more of them being mistreated they don't deserve that

Driver complaint

Swift Transportation - Driver complaint
I had an incident with one of your drivers last night. The driver's name is Chris the truck number was 171130. He was parked and had left his headlights on. Since they were pointed right into my windshield and he had pulled his curtain closed. I knocked on his door to tell him to shut off his lights. Chris was mad saying i banged on his truck. I am guessing knocking is banging now. I told him his lights were still on and he needed to shut them off. He told me that he forgot to turn them off and he was sorry. But if i bang on his truck again. He would sic his dog on me. His dog was jumping in his lap. He pushed her back down. Im not sure what kind of dog she was. But she was dark brown with medium length fur. As you can guess. Things went down hill from there. I did call swift security right after this. The person i spoke to was able to look up the truck number. He asked if i was sure there was a dog in the truck. I said yes the dogs head was in the window. He said thays not right. Hes not supposed to jave a dog in the company truck. I reassured him that yes he does indeed have at least one dog in there now.

User's recommendation: do not let young company drivers who can not do their job work for you. had he done his post trip inspection. he would have saw his lights were left on.

You have a driver that spit on me

Hello my aftermath is this with coronavirus luminous Across the Nation I am very concerned and had been sickly with flu-like feeling the past 3 days your driver that spit on me it's very conscious on my mind about his germs and being a stranger or Unknowing if this fellow is carry STDs any other germs or viruses should I become a victim my first thoughts will be your driver spitting on me of any coronavirus or any other STD

User's recommendation: You need to give all rookie drivers with you're employed a class on how to behave with the general public with other drivers that they come in contact with especially stopping coming off the road and doing their rest. Being stressed out from their occupation is not a good time to be coming in contact and demonstrating aggressive rude Behavior with other drivers and General Public.

Stay sway

I was told by my recruiter that I could use my one-year physical that I have left remaining on my 2-year dot card. Orientation did not want to accept my physical and said I have to redo it they told me I had to take another dot .Concentra did not approve me for a new physical they said blood sugar was too high I need a sleep apnea test I am leaving from orientation with no job and I have to go home find apnea study test just because of doctor my neck was too big. I have a Concentra in the state where I live I could have taken a dot physical there.

I attended orientation because my recruiter told me I didn't need a dot physical I currently had a physical that has 1 year left on my physical when I got the orientation they told me I had to redo a physical and the doctor Concentra decided that they wanted to test my that my sugar was high and I don't believe my sugar was high and they said I need a sleep apnea test and it took my blood pressure like 6 times in less than an hour they were trying to find any reason to disqualify me

I WAS ALMOST RUN OFF THE ROAD BY A SWIFT TRUCK DRIVER. DRIVER WOULDN'T MOVE OVER TO ALLOW ME TO ENTER THE HIGHWAY. LIC. PLATE P323029 THEN MILES LATER THE DRIVER CUT ME OFF.
