At the TA in Eaton Ohio. A Swift driver just tore my drivers side mirror off.

He/she then took off. Called the police who in turn called Swift. He was told they can't track who has what trailer by license plate. That is very hard to believe.

If you are a customer of theirs that means they really can't track your shipment...they apparently don't know anything about the trailer or it's license plate number. Seriously?

While i was inputting the number i accidentally inputted the wrong number while transfering to the correct gcash account i meant to send it to the following account in the picture. But instead i sent it to the account number "990794"

Pants are to small and I havent been able to talk to anyone about this problem I have a message and nobody has been in contact with me it has been over two weeks i am steal waiting

Hello, I am a driver with The Way Transportation LLC in Kansas City, MO. They are illegally using Swift trailers and switching trailer parts with their own trailers.

Currently, I have witnessed it myself, and the trailers are currently at 14330 U.S.

Hwy 71, Kansas City, MO 64147. I just felt that you should know because it's not fair to you guys.

One of your truck drivers is driving recklessly. The trailer is #227008. He is swerving, on his phone, fluctuating speeds at 55-75 at 8 am on 6/5/24.

Was driving in Blue Springs Missouri when a Swift driver Indiana license plate number P646079 forced me onto the shoulder of the highway in order to avoid a collision. Appalling

Swift Truck driver ran me off the road behind Costco on Mark street. He also started yealing and me when I was stapped at a stop sign.

I want to speak with someone in person about a driver. Very rude, caused a scene at my place of employment because she can't drive or bump a dock at a receivers location.

The lady that helped me was excellent she solved the problem on the phone.i got my w2 on my email while she stayed on the phone to make sure I got my w2.very good action from her.she was also so polite.i give her five star customers service.

Broker agent, EFRAIN, is awful to work with. Leads you on through setup just to cancel loads due to lack of knowledge of own loads.

My brother was going down the interstate and a swift truck ran him off the road two others cars saw it stopped and called the highway patrol I hope they find this driver and the company will fire him!
