Swift negligence.
- - At the TA in Eaton, Ohio, a Swift driver tore off my mirror and left.
- - Police were told Swift can't track which trailer has which license plate.
At the TA in Eaton Ohio. A Swift driver just tore my drivers side mirror off.
He/she then took off. Called the police who in turn called Swift. He was told they can't track who has what trailer by license plate. That is very hard to believe.
If you are a customer of theirs that means they really can't track your shipment...they apparently don't know anything about the trailer or it's license plate number. Seriously?

i was so excited to work for them a couple of years ago. i was told i would regret it but i still held a belief that it would be great.
well, it was exactly what everyone told me it would be. they took me in and dropped me like a sack of potatoes when i needed them the most. in oct 2023 (1.5 years in) i was forced to stop driving due to my sons medical issues. they could or would not offer me a remote position so that i could continue working for them.
i filed for unemployment and they lied to the state and told them i was working for another company and even had the nerve to say i left the company for another offer even though they approved my FMLA. from this date forward i will post my experience EVERYWHERE possible so that future driver steer clear from Swift.
every time i saw a negative ad or comment about Swift, I stuck up for them but no more. they have shown that their blue and gold/yellow trademark colors rubbed together equals RED
